Have a question?
What exactly are SuDS? And what is a SAB?
As of 7th January 2019, all construction work in Wales with drainage implications, of 100m² or more, is now required to have Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) to manage on-site surface water (whether they require planning permission or not). These SuDS must be designed and constructed in accordance with the Welsh Government Standards for Sustainable Drainage.
Schedule 3 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (FWMA) establishes Local County Councils as a SuDS Approving Body (SAB), having statutory responsibility for approving, and in some cases adopting and maintaining the approved drainage systems.

Yes, we have a Professional Indemnity Insurance of £5 million
Why would I need a Structural survey?
Traditionally structural building surveys are instructed during a property sale or purchase to ascertain the existing condition, presence of defects and recommendations for remedial works, or as a result of subsidence or movement within a property, which requires identification by a structural engineer.
We also provide reactive surveys for emergency services, property owners and other third parties in relation to external causes of defect, such as fire, vehicle impacts or other critical events.
