Our long-standing client, SIMS Metal Management (now Unimetals), is a global provider of industrial metal recycling services, with multiple sites across the UK. We continue to design custom steelwork solutions for their multimillion-pound redevelopment and expansion projects at the Avonmouth and Nottingham sites.
These projects involve close collaboration with the client and plant manufacturers to develop tailored solutions for dynamic loading scenarios, frame arrangements, and site-specific requirements. This includes accommodating existing structures and the design of a plant bridge spanning a public access highway.
