Seamless Design with Custom Lintel Solutions
Vale Consultancy was employed by the client to provide the structural design package for this new-build dwelling. We delivered the full substructure and superstructure design, including steelwork specifications and detailing, to support the open-plan ground floor layout.
Additionally, we designed a custom lintel specification to enable the continuation of the external stone facing over all external openings throughout the property.
