Site Transformation for Newport
The redevelopment of the former Victoria Inn in Newport involved the creation of 18 new, energy-efficient apartments to replace the derelict building previously on the site. Our engineers submitted and gained approval for a Sustainable Drainage Systems (SAB) application from Newport City Council for this brownfield site.
Our scope of work included designing the foul drainage system, securing surface water discharge consent through a FRAP from Natural Resources Wales (NRW), and managing the S278 process for the site entrance highways scheme.
