Vale Consultancy was commissioned to provide civil and structural engineering services for the design and construction of 27 residential units for Mid Wales Housing Association.
The project included a Flood Consequence Assessment and supporting infrastructure, which involved designing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) to achieve SAB approval. Additionally, the project required Section 38 and 278 highways works, as well as a Section 104 foul water drainage scheme.
