As part of the scope of work, our Structural Engineers were responsible for designing the structural framing, ensuring the building’s integrity and stability. This included creating innovative and efficient framing solutions to meet the specific requirements of the project.
Meanwhile, our Civil Engineers focused on designing a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS), incorporating environmentally-friendly drainage strategies to manage surface water runoff effectively.
In addition, our team handled the SAB (Sustainable Drainage Systems Approval) consent process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and further enhancing the building’s sustainability.
By integrating both structural and civil engineering expertise, we contributed to a more resilient and eco-friendly development, aligning with modern standards for sustainability and environmental impact.
