About Us

Formed as a family business in 2005, Vale Consultancy originally by providing civil and structural engineering services to key clients in South Wales, and to the local community in the Vale of Glamorgan. Since then, Vale Consultancy has established itself as a well renowned and respected engineering consultancy with a workforce of near thirty strong, providing a broad range of engineering services across Wales and much of England.

We are not a corporate entity and the Directors have a hands on approach to design. As the company has grown and continues to undertake larger projects, we will ensure we continue to provide a valued service to local communities and private clients. We enjoy meeting and working with local people, communities and design teams, and the personable approach required for this type of work forms the ethos of our working methods on larger projects.

We opened our first satelite office in March of 2021, in Ruthin, North Wales, with our native North Walian colleague Nedw stepping up as Regional Director for North Wales.

Our goal is to provide practical solutions to often problematic challenges, whilst always having a focus on cost and quality. Vale Consultancy’s Engineers will always be proactive, personable and will provide an economic solution within a timescale to meet our client’s deadlines. We take great satisfaction by embracing challenging engineering projects and providing a solution that enhances the architectural aesthetics of the end product.

We work with private homeowners and business owners, developers, contractors, architects, and the public sector to ensure that their aspirations are achieved.

Our quality assurance procedures are accredited by ISO 9001.
