We were appointed as Civil & Structural Engineers for the new Care Home in St Giles, Birmingham

The build comprises of traditional foundations, load bearing masonry construction and precast concrete floors and included additional major renovation works to the existing home and a sustainable drainage solution. S278 Highways agreement was also required.
